By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, July 2: The second season of the television programme ‘Aina’, hosted by Nepali Congress general secretary Bishwo Prakash Sharma, is set to be premiered this Friday.

According to a press release, the show, produced after three years of dedicated effort, will be aired by Kantipur Television at 9:00 pm and will also be available on OSR Reality’s YouTube channel immediately after the broadcast.

The first season of Aina, which was aired four years ago on Kantipur TV and YouTube, focused on exposing social anomalies and advocating for transformation. The upcoming season, however, will shift its focus to pressing issues related to development and infrastructure.

Unlike the previous season, Sharma will now appear not just as a host but also as a sitting member of parliament.

He will engage directly with stakeholders, listen to public concerns, and raise questions as he would do in parliament.

The programme aims to foster dialogue and explore possible solutions to various developmental challenges facing the country, read the press statement.

The promotional video for the new season is already being broadcast, and all preparations for the show’s launch have been completed.
